The LORD is so gracious, merciful, slow to anger, and full of great kindness that He restrains evil until He must unleash it for the greater good. This makes me love Him deeply. Each day, I wake up not wanting to disappoint Him through disobedience or unfaithfulness. Yes, as a believer, there have been times when I have been disobedient and unfaithful. This is why, all the more, I do not want to be found in disobedience or unfaithfulness, especially in relation to our current presidential election.
Jonah 4:2 KJV And he prayed unto the LORD, and said, I pray thee, O LORD, was not this my saying, when I was yet in my country? Therefore I fled before unto Tarshish: for I knew that thou art a gracious God, and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repentest thee of the evil.
Many will choose whom they serve today, and few will choose Christ. I chose Jesus today. Does this prove I am better. No, it proves I chose the Better choice.
There is quite a bit of unresolved anger and frustration in our land due to the failed promises of our politicians and the fact that they have all been bought by an antichrist lobbying system. So many are looking for a Savior to rise out of all this within the same corrupt system, and then they wonder why they are left with the same unresolved anger and frustration, without the peace that only God can give.
Every election cycle, the people look for a new deliverer who can deliver them from nothing.
2 Kings 17:39 KJV But the LORD your God ye shall fear; and he shall deliver you out of the hand of all your enemies.

Unresolved anger and frustration will eventually lead to depression, yearning for a premature death.
Jonah 4:3 KJV Therefore now, O LORD, take, I beseech thee, my life from me; for it is better for me to die than to live.

God is going to give us the politician that we need, knowing that many more will have nowhere else to turn but to Jesus Christ, our LORD, where true contentment is found in all areas of life, not just within the realm of politics.
God gives and takes away. He provides not to indulge in complacency and apathy, which are breeding grounds for lust. Instead, He gives to shape and mold us into action. He will always give us exactly what we need, not what we want.
Jonah 4:6 KJV And the LORD God prepared a gourd, and made it to come up over Jonah, that it might be a shadow over his head, to deliver him from his grief. So Jonah was exceeding glad of the gourd.

Unresolved anger and frustration take our eyes off the LORD and the things of Christ, focusing them instead on ourselves. This focus is so unbalanced and misguided that it fixates more on a squirrel than on our unborn. Not that a squirrel in distress should not garner our attention, but such attention obviously should not be prioritized over that of a distressed child facing extermination in the womb.
Many pity the life of a squirrel, yet few pity the lives of the unborn, only to then wonder why they pity their own lives.
Jonah 4:9 KJV And God said to Jonah, Doest thou well to be angry for the gourd? And he said, I do well to be angry, even unto death.

I find such a shift in focus to be akin to the sleight of a magician's hand, which is often overlooked yet crucial in executing the trick. For instance, Christian 'Antichrist' Zionism seems to believe that this Israel and these Jews have magically disappeared, only to reappear as our greatest allies.

I had eight choices on my ballot, plus a write-in option. I wrote in Jesus Christ. Why? Because the bottom line is that neither the Republican nor the Democrat parties walk in the ways of the LORD, and therefore, they cannot be blessed.

Jesus Christ will be the Judge of this, not you, Don. He will also judge the false doctrine and teaching of choosing the lesser of evils.
The argument goes, "God used sinners!" Of course, however, He has told no one to choose sin. I chose my wife, and she chose me, which I am convinced is the will of God, yet we are both sinners. God does not tell us to choose each other's sins! But yeah, I must not have matured to the point of choosing others' sins, or at least putting my stamp of approval on such sins with my vote.

I have yet to receive or be shown any verse in the Bible that tells us to choose any sin, lesser or not. But, the Bible clearly tells us to choose Jesus Christ throughout the Word of God, and this is why I chose Jesus Christ, the King of the Jews, amidst a ballot filled with antichrist Jewry. If you are going to vote for the Jews, you might as well vote for the King of the Jews!
