Have you ever wondered why the television lineup of entertainment is called a "program"? Romans 1 describes much of the entertainment consumed in America and around the world. Interestingly, the Psalmist understood the importance of guarding his eyes from such things, yet many Christians continue to support the programming industry with their eyes and wallets.
Psalms 101:3 KJV I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me.
Romans 1:28 KJV And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
Romans 1:29 KJV Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
Romans 1:30 KJV Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
Romans 1:31 KJV Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
Romans 1:32 KJV Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
May our eyes be faithfully fixed upon Him, as His eyes are faithfully fixed upon us.
Psalms 101:6 KJV Mine eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walketh in a perfect way, he shall serve me.
Most people fail to grasp the severity with which the Lord views sin and the extraordinary measures He has taken to deliver us from its death hold.
Psalms 101:7 KJV He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight.
Psalms 101:8 KJV I will early destroy all the wicked of the land; that I may cut off all wicked doers from the city of the LORD.
I am unsure about the extent of persecution of Christians in Syria, but it's foolish to deny that Jewish money is backing it. If you believe that the persecution of Christians does not please the Jews, you are also a fool.
Acts 12:1 KJV Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church.
Acts 12:2 KJV And he killed James the brother of John with the sword.
Acts 12:3 KJV And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also. (Then were the days of unleavened bread.)
Pascha is translated correctly in the King James Bible as "Easter" to reflect the new meaning of Passover, transitioning from the old Hebrew Passover to the new Christian Passover, commonly known as Easter. To prevent a political disturbance between the growing Christian population and Rome, which would have threatened Herod's position and power, he chose to wait discreetly until after Easter, the Resurrection Holy Day, before attempting to execute Peter.
Acts 12:4 KJV And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people.

I don't know what situation you're facing that seems impossible to escape, but I imagine Peter thought he was in an impossible predicament too, until the Lord sent His reinforcements.
Acts 12:6 KJV And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains: and the keepers before the door kept the prison.
Acts 12:7 KJV And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hands.
If Peter believed he was about to escape, his sandals would have already been on his feet.
Acts 12:8 KJV And the angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals. And so he did. And he saith unto him, Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me.
No need to fear the expectations of the Jews; we have already been delivered from their antichrist devices.
Acts 12:11 KJV And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the Lord hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews.
Many men have dismissed the voice of Rhoda, but there is a reason the Lord repeatedly highlights such voices. Perhaps these voices of women like her should not be so easily dismissed.
Acts 12:13 KJV And as Peter knocked at the door of the gate, a damsel came to hearken, named Rhoda.
Acts 12:14 KJV And when she knew Peter's voice, she opened not the gate for gladness, but ran in, and told how Peter stood before the gate.
Acts 12:15 KJV And they said unto her, Thou art mad. But she constantly affirmed that it was even so. Then said they, It is his angel.
If Christ has delivered you; you will tell others too.
Acts 12:17 KJV But he, beckoning unto them with the hand to hold their peace, declared unto them how the Lord had brought him out of the prison. And he said, Go shew these things unto James, and to the brethren. And he departed, and went into another place.
Beware of who you idolize and worship, Judeo-Christian MAGA.
Acts 12:21 KJV And upon a set day Herod, arrayed in royal apparel, sat upon his throne, and made an oration unto them.
Acts 12:22 KJV And the people gave a shout, saying, It is the voice of a god, and not of a man.
Acts 12:23 KJV And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost.
They have not been able to stop the growth and multiplication since the beginning of time.
Acts 12:24 KJV But the word of God grew and multiplied.
Under the law, eating pigs was considered pagan. Under Christ, it is not. Knowing the difference will reveal many things, including why "pascha" is translated as "Easter" in the King James Bible.
Leviticus 11:7 KJV And the swine, though he divide the hoof, and be clovenfooted, yet he cheweth not the cud; he is unclean to you.
Leviticus 11:8 KJV Of their flesh shall ye not eat, and their carcase shall ye not touch; they are unclean to you.
Leviticus 11:47 KJV To make a difference between the unclean and the clean, and between the beast that may be eaten and the beast that may not be eaten.
Acts 11:8 KJV But I said, Not so, Lord: for nothing common or unclean hath at any time entered into my mouth.
Acts 11:9 KJV But the voice answered me again from heaven, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.
Romans 14:14 KJV I know, and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing unclean of itself: but to him that esteemeth any thing to be unclean, to him it is unclean.
Have you ever wondered why it is cried, "Holy, Holy, Holy" unto the Lord by the saints and the hosts of heaven? Wonder no further: Holy Father, Holy Son, and Holy Spirit. And who sits on the temple throne? Jesus Christ!
Isaiah 6:1 KJV In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.
Isaiah 6:2 KJV Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly.
Isaiah 6:3 KJV And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.
Christ is King!
Isaiah 6:5 KJV Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts.
If you have been touched by the altar of Christ's sacrifice, then your sins have also been purged.
Isaiah 6:6 KJV Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar:
Isaiah 6:7 KJV And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged.
The notion that wherever the Lord sends us to preach His Word will automatically result in large churches is not biblical at all. Just ask Noah, and many others. I think some people actually believe they are more holy than Jesus based on the size of their gatherings.
Isaiah 6:8 KJV Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
Isaiah 6:9 KJV And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.
Isaiah 6:10 KJV Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.
I can fill a church building with tares too. There's a reason Jesus taught extensively about His seed, the holy seed.
Isaiah 6:13 KJV But yet in it shall be a tenth, and it shall return, and shall be eaten: as a teil tree, and as an oak, whose substance is in them, when they cast their leaves: so the holy seed shall be the substance thereof.
Father, Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God Almighty! We praise You! In Jesus' Name, Amen.
