Israel was once a Christian nation under the kingship of David. Now it is a Christian nation under the Kingship of Christ forevermore.
Psalms 121:4 KJV Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
Psalms 121:8 KJV The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.
The scripture is bonafide, but Israel wasn't a nation under King David. It was a Kingdom. It wasn't Christian because David lived 1000 years before Christ was born. I'm offering this information respectfully.
David was king over Israel.
1 Chronicles 29:26-27 KJV Thus David the son of Jesse reigned over all Israel. And the time that he reigned over Israel was forty years; seven years reigned he in Hebron, and thirty and three years reigned he in Jerusalem.
David knew the God and King of Israel. So did Isaiah. So did Nathanael.
2 Samuel 23:3 KJV The God of Israel said, the Rock of Israel spake to me, He that ruleth over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God.
Isaiah 44:6 KJV Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.
John 1:49 KJV Nathanael answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of God; thou art the King of Israel.
There is no salvation or glory to be found in our works. Salvation and glory are found in the works of God.
Romans 4:2 KJV For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God.
Romans 4:5 KJV But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
Abraham became a born-again Christian through a circumcised heart by faith while he was a Hebrew at the age of 75, not a physically circumcised Jew. He wasn’t physically circumcised until 24 years later, at the age of 99, while still a Hebrew. Abraham is a father to all who have been circumcised by faith in Christ.
Romans 4:9 KJV Cometh this blessedness then upon the circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness.
Romans 4:10 KJV How was it then reckoned? when he was in circumcision, or in uncircumcision? Not in circumcision, but in uncircumcision.
Romans 4:11 KJV And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had yet being uncircumcised: that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be not circumcised; that righteousness might be imputed unto them also:
Romans 4:12 KJV And the father of circumcision to them who are not of the circumcision only, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham, which he had being yet uncircumcised.
Romans 4:13 KJV For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.
Jewish lawkeepers, who are not lawkeepers—for all fall short of the law—are not the heirs of salvation outside of Christ.
Romans 4:14 KJV For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect:
Romans 4:15 KJV Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.
All who have faith in Christ are of the seed of Abraham.
Romans 4:16 KJV Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,
Romans 4:17 KJV (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.
Romans 4:18 KJV Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.
The gift of faith from God believes God and glorifies Him. Counterfeit faith questions God and glorifies the self.
Romans 4:20 KJV He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;
Romans 4:21 KJV And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.
The imputation—the process of replacing our filthy works, which are void of salvation, with His works of salvation and righteousness—is granted to us through faith in Jesus Christ alone.
Romans 4:22 KJV And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.
Romans 4:23 KJV Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it was imputed to him;
Romans 4:24 KJV But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead;
Our works cannot save us or bring us peace. Rather, it is the work of the LORD within us and through us that brings us peace. For if our works are not His works, they will be consumed by fire.
Isaiah 26:12 KJV LORD, thou wilt ordain peace for us: for thou also hast wrought all our works in us.
The Kohathites of the Levite tribe were tasked with carrying the holy objects of the tabernacle, yet they were not permitted to look upon them. We are all called to specific tasks within the Kingdom of God. You cannot accomplish my work, nor can I accomplish yours.
Numbers 4:37 KJV These were they that were numbered of the families of the Kohathites, all that might do service in the tabernacle of the congregation, which Moses and Aaron did number according to the commandment of the LORD by the hand of Moses.
As I read through the Bible repeatedly, I see a literal rule and reign of Jesus Christ upon the earth from the Promised Land of old. There is a reason that a ‘thousand years' is recorded six times in Revelation 20.
Isaiah 26:1 KJV In that day shall this song be sung in the land of Judah; We have a strong city; salvation will God appoint for walls and bulwarks.
Isaiah 26:2 KJV Open ye the gates, that the righteous nation which keepeth the truth may enter in.
If you have never known perfect peace in your life, perhaps you do not know our perfect God. His Name is JESUS.
Isaiah 26:3 KJV Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
Isaiah 26:4 KJV Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:
John 14:27 KJV Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
The world will be judged by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It would behoove all to start obeying it.
Isaiah 26:8 KJV Yea, in the way of thy judgments, O LORD, have we waited for thee; the desire of our soul is to thy name, and to the remembrance of thee.
Romans 2:16 KJV In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.
If you have mentioned the name of Trump today more than the Name of the LORD, you know who your god is and will perish with him, lest you repent.
Isaiah 26:13 KJV O LORD our God, other lords beside thee have had dominion over us: but by thee only will we make mention of thy name.
Isaiah 26:14 KJV They are dead, they shall not live; they are deceased, they shall not rise: therefore hast thou visited and destroyed them, and made all their memory to perish.
I know what kind of nationalist I am; do you? I guarantee you that this ‘nation’ is not America or Antichrist Israel.
Isaiah 26:15 KJV Thou hast increased the nation, O LORD, thou hast increased the nation: thou art glorified: thou hadst removed it far unto all the ends of the earth.
1 Peter 2:9 KJV But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
The Old Testament saints understood that the resurrection of our physical bodies would come.
Isaiah 26:19 KJV Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.
God's people in Christ will be spared from the indignation of His wrath; not tribulation.
Isaiah 26:20 KJV Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.
Isaiah 26:21 KJV For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.
Father, thank You for citizenship in Your holy nation. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
