No matter our lot in life, this can be done. A 'Praise the Lord' here, a 'Have a blessed day' there, and a 'God is good' are just a few ways to fill your day with praise as you interact with those around you.
Psalms 35:28 KJV And my tongue shall speak of thy righteousness and of thy praise all the day long.
Faith carries a cross to bear, while feelings often seek to bury it. If we are constantly burdened by our emotions, we can never lift such a cross, let alone carry it any distance. Our feelings can ensnare us in sin, whereas the cross guides us forward, one meaningful step at a time, in alignment with God’s will. Always remember that we are never alone on this journey. Therefore, we keep moving forward even when we don’t feel like it.
Hebrews 12:2 KJV Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
If Jesus is the author of your faith, He is also the finisher of your faith, and His faith never quits.
Hebrews 12:2 KJV Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Jesus never settled for the lesser of two evils; He always chose the will of God.
Hebrews 12:3 KJV For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
Hebrews 12:4 KJV Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.
God does not chastise bastards; He destroys them. Don’t be a bastard!
Hebrews 12:6 KJV For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
Hebrews 12:7 KJV If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?
Hebrews 12:8 KJV But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.
My door of peace is open to all, yet some who call themselves Christians have closed this door on us. All I can say is that I pity them and hope they soon examine whether they are truly in the faith.
Hebrews 12:14 KJV Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:
Hebrews 12:15 KJV Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;
Just because someone weeps does not mean their tears are of repentance for their offense. Many weep because their plan failed or they were caught.
Hebrews 12:17 KJV For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.
We are justified spirits, perfected by the blood of Christ, marching to Zion. This Zion is not the state of antichrist Israel. You may be marching there, but I am not.
Hebrews 12:22 KJV But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,
Hebrews 12:23 KJV To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
Hebrews 12:24 KJV And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.
The masses are deceived about the antichrist Jerusalem of our day because they do not understand the heavenly Jerusalem above.
Galatians 4:26 KJV But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.
If you have truly received God’s grace, you will respect and revere Him accordingly.
Hebrews 12:28 KJV Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:
My wife and I dedicated our children to the LORD when they were young, even while they were in the womb. They are now adults living independently, and whether they choose to fully dedicate themselves to the LORD is their decision. Regardless of their level of faith, we will always encourage them to do so.
1 Samuel 1:27 KJV For this child I prayed; and the LORD hath given me my petition which I asked of him:
1 Samuel 1:28 KJV Therefore also I have lent him to the LORD; as long as he liveth he shall be lent to the LORD. And he worshipped the LORD there.
We are faithful because He is faithful.
Lamentations 3:22 KJV It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.
Lamentations 3:23 KJV They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.
Father, thank You for Your faithfulness. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
