The problem with Christian denominations (Catholicism and Orthodoxy included) is that over time, they become corrupted by traditions that are contrary to the Word of God. Even more disturbing is that these traditions are codified, transformed into conditions for salvation, and elevated to be on par with the inspired Word of God. If it ain't the Blood, it's bulls5#!t.
