If I were to define the work of Gospilled with a single verse, this might be the one.
Psalms 45:1 KJV My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the king: my tongue is the pen of a ready writer.
Gospilled Minute #214
Jesus Christ is the Star of Jacob and the Sceptre of Israel and Judah. He is the King of spiritual Jews (Christians) and their God as the Son of God.
Psalms 45:6 KJV Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre.
Genesis 49:10 KJV The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.
Numbers 24:17 KJV I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth.
Hebrews 1:8 KJV But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.
Romans 2:28-29 KJV For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
Our flesh wars with our spirit, and with this war, there is pain—some self-inflicted and some not. Today, you and I will choose to live as the servants of Christ we are called to be, or live as the servants of sin in defiance of Christ. I choose, by His grace, to cease from sin and do His will. Because of this daily purpose and desire since the day I was born again, I have surpassed many of the self-inflicted sorrows of the lusts of the flesh. As for the external pain from others who choose to live for the flesh, they may speak evil towards me, and it still hurts, but never to the death of my soul.
1 Peter 4:1 KJV Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;
1 Peter 4:2 KJV That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.
1 Peter 4:3 KJV For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries:
The only sort of “purgatory” that ever existed was Paradise, where the saints of old went when they died until Christ liberated them with the Gospel. Since this liberation, all saints who are absent from the body are present with the Lord.
1 Peter 4:5 KJV Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead.
1 Peter 4:6 KJV For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit.
Suffering for the cause of Christ is one thing. Suffering from the stupidity of sin is another.
1 Peter 4:12 KJV Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:
1 Peter 4:13 KJV But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.
1 Peter 4:14 KJV If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.
The Church of the Living God will be purified. All of the weeds will be uprooted very soon. There are many whose morality outweighed their immorality, and their righteousness exceeded their unrighteousness. However, if there is just one lie that is not accounted for by the Blood of Christ, that soul will be damned for eternity.
1 Peter 4:17 KJV For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
1 Peter 4:18 KJV And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?
1 Peter 4:19 KJV Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.
There is such a thing as righteous anger, which serves as a necessary force in fulfilling God’s will during unrighteous situations.
1 Samuel 11:6 KJV And the Spirit of God came upon Saul when he heard those tidings, and his anger was kindled greatly.
The sins of the house of Israel (the Jews) are heavily suppressed in modern discourse. More troubling, many Christians have been deceived into supporting this entity, which ignorantly opposes Christ. They even go so far as to reject God’s Word, labeling His command to discern, understand, and rebuke as “antisemitic.”
Ezekiel 8:6 KJV He said furthermore unto me, Son of man, seest thou what they do? even the great abominations that the house of Israel committeth here, that I should go far off from my sanctuary? but turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations.
Ezekiel 8:9 KJV And he said unto me, Go in, and behold the wicked abominations that they do here.
The house of Judah (Jews) causes antichrist wars and divisions and is known for their "noses" used as a middle finger pointed at God. Nah, it can't be!
Ezekiel 8:17 KJV Then he said unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? Is it a light thing to the house of Judah that they commit the abominations which they commit here? for they have filled the land with violence, and have returned to provoke me to anger: and, lo, they put the branch to their nose.
If you truly love and support the Jews, you will warn them of the coming judgment and their need for Jesus Christ to save them.
Ezekiel 8:18 KJV Therefore will I also deal in fury: mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: and though they cry in mine ears with a loud voice, yet will I not hear them.
Father, help us to walk with Your discernment. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
