Gospilled Minute #82
I have no respect for political pride or deceit that contradicts the doctrine of Christ and is inherently corrupt. In contrast to a world that may offer fleeting rewards, like a dog bone to get a Christian to wag his tail, Christ offers eternal life to all who put their faith in Him.
Psalms 40:4 KJV Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.
I'm not swayed by the dog bones this world throws my way. Instead, I'm daily captivated by the wonderful works of the LORD, my God.
Psalms 40:5 KJV Many, O LORD my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.
The 66 books of the Bible collectively bear witness to Jesus Christ, the Son of God and Lord of all creation, while revealing the Father's love in sending Him, through the power of the Holy Spirit, to redeem humanity.
Psalms 40:7 KJV Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me,
Welcome to Gospilled!
Psalms 40:9 KJV I have preached righteousness in the great congregation: lo, I have not refrained my lips, O LORD, thou knowest.
Psalms 40:10 KJV I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation.
If you're struggling to look up, consider whether unconfessed sin may be the obstacle.
Psalms 40:12 KJV For innumerable evils have compassed me about: mine iniquities have taken hold upon me, so that I am not able to look up; they are more than the hairs of mine head: therefore my heart faileth me.
Cry out with the Psalmist.
Psalms 40:13 KJV Be pleased, O LORD, to deliver me: O LORD, make haste to help me.
May the LORD be glorified in all we do and say today!
Psalms 40:16 KJV Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: let such as love thy salvation say continually, The LORD be magnified.
The Jews killed their King, so they could be king. Choose your king wisely.
Mark 12:7 KJV But those husbandmen said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and the inheritance shall be ours.
Mark 12:8 KJV And they took him, and killed him, and cast him out of the vineyard.
Mark 12:9 KJV What shall therefore the lord of the vineyard do? he will come and destroy the husbandmen, and will give the vineyard unto others.
In other words, just pay your taxes and save yourself a headache.
Mark 12:14 KJV And when they were come, they say unto him, Master, we know that thou art true, and carest for no man: for thou regardest not the person of men, but teachest the way of God in truth: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
Mark 12:15 KJV Shall we give, or shall we not give? But he, knowing their hypocrisy, said unto them, Why tempt ye me? bring me a penny, that I may see it.
Mark 12:16 KJV And they brought it. And he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription? And they said unto him, Caesar's.
Mark 12:17 KJV And Jesus answering said unto them, Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's. And they marvelled at him.
Earthly marriage between a man and a woman is a wonderful blessing. However, the heavenly union between Christ and His Church is infinitely greater.
Mark 12:23 KJV In the resurrection therefore, when they shall rise, whose wife shall she be of them? for the seven had her to wife.
Mark 12:24 KJV And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures, neither the power of God?
Mark 12:25 KJV For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven.
If you accomplish the Great Commandment today, you will have accomplished the will of God.
Mark 12:28 KJV And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all?
Mark 12:29 KJV And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
Mark 12:30 KJV And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
Mark 12:31 KJV And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
Currently, there is an internet debate among Christians about the nature of love, much of which lacks a scriptural foundation. I do not intend to enter this debate unprepared. At its core, the debate revolves around the limitations of our love. As finite beings, our capacity to love is restricted by our physical and spiritual reach, which is vastly limited compared to God's infinite ability to love the entire world. These limitations apply to our love for God, our neighbors, family, fellow believers, and even our enemies—all of whom fall within our immediate physical and spiritual sphere. The internet bros do not love you.
1 John 3:14 KJV We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.
Luke 6:27 KJV But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,
Jesus affirms the triune Godhead, comprising the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit as one God, by reciting the Shema. This declaration asserts God's unity in three persons: 'The Lord' (1), 'our God' (2), and 'one Lord' (3).
Mark 12:29 KJV And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
Those who recite these words are not far from the Kingdom of God. However, those who live these words are truly citizens of the Kingdom.
Mark 12:32 KJV And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he:
Mark 12:33 KJV And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.
Mark 12:34 KJV And when Jesus saw that he answered discreetly, he said unto him, Thou art not far from the kingdom of God. And no man after that durst ask him any question.
Jesus Christ, the Son of David, reigns as King, being both the Son of Man and the Son of God. This simple truth may perplex the elite who aspire to royal status, but it brings joy to ordinary people who humbly acknowledge Christ as their King.
Mark 12:35 KJV And Jesus answered and said, while he taught in the temple, How say the scribes that Christ is the Son of David?
Mark 12:36 KJV For David himself said by the Holy Ghost, The LORD said to my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool.
Mark 12:37 KJV David therefore himself calleth him Lord; and whence is he then his son? And the common people heard him gladly.
If the religious establishment doesn't make you gag a little, you might be complicit in its corruption, which masquerades as legitimate churches and Christianity.

Mark 12:42 KJV And there came a certain poor widow, and she threw in two mites, which make a farthing.
Mark 12:43 KJV And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury:
Mark 12:44 KJV For all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living.
False political prophets often misinterpret prophecy because they're influenced by demonic forces that can process data at an AI-level or higher, and then make educated guesses. In contrast, God's prophecies and their interpretations are infallible, rooted in His eternal, written Word.
Genesis 40:8 KJV And they said unto him, We have dreamed a dream, and there is no interpreter of it. And Joseph said unto them, Do not interpretations belong to God? tell me them, I pray you.

Father, Christ is King! Thank You. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
