Let God be magnified!
Psalms 70:4 KJV Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.
For those seeking guidance and direction from Mary, the mother of Jesus:
John 2:5 KJV His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.
I haven't consumed an alcoholic beverage since 1997. The only exception might be Nyquil, which I call 'Baptist bourbon,' but I don't consider it a beverage and only use it for medicinal purposes. Despite my personal stance against drinking, I don't think Jesus turned water into grape juice. Instead, I believe he turned it into wine, with no indication that he condoned or encouraged drunkenness.
John 2:9 KJV When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,
Those who pimp the Name of Jesus have more than whips coming their way. Never confuse pimping with preaching.
John 2:14 KJV And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting:
John 2:15 KJV And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables;
John 2:16 KJV And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house an house of merchandise.
Your third temple has already come, and He is coming again!
Jesus Christ is the ultimate, eternal, third physical temple—the Holy of Holies—where God's righteousness dwells. No other righteous temple will exist. Yet, a counterfeit temple, led by the Antichrist, a false Jewish messiah, will briefly appear, hosting the abomination of desolation, where he will falsely claim divinity.
John 2:19-21 KJV Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days? But he spake of the temple of his body.
Matthew 24:15 KJV When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
A belief that isn't rooted in faith is no better than the beliefs held by demons. Jesus distinguishes between saving belief and entertaining belief, and sadly, many people hold only to the latter.
John 2:23 KJV Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did.
John 2:24 KJV But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men,
John 2:25 KJV And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.
I. Thou shalt have no other gods before me. (Ex. 20:3)
Yet we have political gods.
II. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image. (Ex. 20:4-6)
I do not care if they’re called icons; I am still not comfortable.
III. Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain. (Ex. 20:7)
Including "Jesus F’ing Christ."
IV. Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. (Ex. 20:8-11)
Are any days holy anymore?
V. Honour thy father and thy mother. (Ex. 20:12)
Does forgetting them at the nursing home count?
VI. Thou shalt not kill. (Ex. 20:13)
Yet millions of babies are murdered yearly.
VII. Thou shalt not commit adultery. (Ex. 20:14)
Yet, porn is in the top ten of all internet consumption.
VIII. Thou shalt not steal. (Ex. 20:15)
Tax fraud, waste, and abuse are just the tip of the spear.
IX. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour. (Ex. 20:16)
We are forced to dig through a pile of lies to get the truth these days.
X. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, wife, or goods. (Ex. 20:17)
Does OnlyFans count?
Just because it's dark doesn't mean that God isn't there.
Exodus 20:21 KJV And the people stood afar off, and Moses drew near unto the thick darkness where God was.
If you visit the altar of Bitcoin more than the altar of God, you have declared your god.
Exodus 20:23 KJV Ye shall not make with me gods of silver, neither shall ye make unto you gods of gold.
If your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, put some clothes on when you leave the steps of your house to go to the house of God.
Exodus 20:26 KJV Neither shalt thou go up by steps unto mine altar, that thy nakedness be not discovered thereon.
Those who think they know it all probably do not know God. When you know God, you understand that you know little.
Job 37:24 KJV Men do therefore fear him: he respecteth not any that are wise of heart.
Father, may You be magnified in all that we say and do. May we walk in Your holiness with utmost reverence and respect, honoring the glory You deserve. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
