Loose lips sink ships, nations, and souls.
Psalms 141:3 KJV Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.
A wise man once said, "People do not care how much you know until they know how much you care." Puffed-up knowledge does not live past the grave. How we loved others with knowledge will.
1 Corinthians 8:1 KJV Now as touching things offered unto idols, we know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffeth up, but charity edifieth.
I may not know much, but I know God loves me, and I love Him. And because of this love, I am able to love others better.
1 Corinthians 8:2-3 KJV And if any man think that he knoweth any thing, he knoweth nothing yet as he ought to know. But if any man love God, the same is known of him.
God does not hide His triune Godhead; rather, men do. The manifestation of God as the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit is evident throughout the Bible, which is why we join the saints and the heavenly host in proclaiming, ‘Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty.’
1 Corinthians 8:6 KJV But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.
Revelation 4:8 KJV And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.
If you understand this passage, you will understand why I don’t drink alcohol in this culture. I know many Christians who have overcome alcohol abuse, and the last thing they want to see is their pastor consuming it. Recently, I saw a ‘Christian’ podcast that made sure to place a bottle of alcohol on the table as they sipped from their bourbon glasses. For what purpose? All I know is that when the Lord saved me, I knew all alcohol had to go. And the couple of times I revisited it soon after becoming a Christian, I was reassured it had to go.
1 Corinthians 8:10 KJV For if any man see thee which hast knowledge sit at meat in the idol's temple, shall not the conscience of him which is weak be emboldened to eat those things which are offered to idols;
1 Corinthians 8:11 KJV And through thy knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died?
1 Corinthians 8:12 KJV But when ye sin so against the brethren, and wound their weak conscience, ye sin against Christ.
1 Corinthians 8:13 KJV Wherefore, if meat make my brother to offend, I will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest I make my brother to offend.
Gospilled Minute #144
The phrase ‘bless Israel’ is mentioned only once in the Bible, and it’s not in Genesis 12:3. It appears in Numbers 24:1, spoken by Balaam. He further describes the Israel he blessed as a 'seed of many waters' (nations), which has a great king and a kingdom above all kings and kingdoms. There is only one Israel that fits this description: the Body of Christ—the Elect, the Church. If you bless this Israel, you will be blessed. If you curse this Israel, you will be cursed.
Numbers 24:1 KJV And when Balaam saw that it pleased the LORD to bless Israel, he went not, as at other times, to seek for enchantments, but he set his face toward the wilderness.
Numbers 24:7 KJV He shall pour the water out of his buckets, and his seed shall be in many waters, and his king shall be higher than Agag, and his kingdom shall be exalted.
Numbers 24:9 KJV He couched, he lay down as a lion, and as a great lion: who shall stir him up? Blessed is he that blesseth thee, and cursed is he that curseth thee.
Every American politician needs to read this passage of the Bible prior to signing their AIPAC pledge of loyalty to the modern antichrist state of Israel.
Numbers 24:10 KJV And Balak's anger was kindled against Balaam, and he smote his hands together: and Balak said unto Balaam, I called thee to curse mine enemies, and, behold, thou hast altogether blessed them these three times.
Numbers 24:11 KJV Therefore now flee thou to thy place: I thought to promote thee unto great honour; but, lo, the LORD hath kept thee back from honour.
Numbers 24:12 KJV And Balaam said unto Balak, Spake I not also to thy messengers which thou sentest unto me, saying,
Numbers 24:13 KJV If Balak would give me his house full of silver and gold, I cannot go beyond the commandment of the LORD, to do either good or bad of mine own mind; but what the LORD saith, that will I speak?
Numbers 24:14 KJV And now, behold, I go unto my people: come therefore, and I will advertise thee what this people shall do to thy people in the latter days.
Balaam preached about Jesus Christ and His Star, which is not the same as the so-called 'Star of David' associated with the modern state of Israel—a symbol that is not actually a Star of David at all. Research their antichrist star, and you will understand many things.
Numbers 24:17 KJV I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth.
Numbers 24:19 KJV Out of Jacob shall come he that shall have dominion, and shall destroy him that remaineth of the city.
Idols are very heavy. You can carry them if you want; however, they will always weigh you down and hinder you from moving forward for Christ. This includes political idols.
Isaiah 46:1 KJV Bel boweth down, Nebo stoopeth, their idols were upon the beasts, and upon the cattle: your carriages were heavy loaden; they are a burden to the weary beast.
Your political gods will not save you.
Isaiah 46:2 KJV They stoop, they bow down together; they could not deliver the burden, but themselves are gone into captivity.
If you understand the Remnant, you will understand the Israel of God.
Isaiah 46:3 KJV Hearken unto me, O house of Jacob, and all the remnant of the house of Israel, which are borne by me from the belly, which are carried from the womb:
Christ won before the foundation of the world. Nothing can stop His will and pleasure. As for the transgressor, it's just a matter of whether we choose to be on the winning team or not, by faith.
Isaiah 46:8 KJV Remember this, and shew yourselves men: bring it again to mind, O ye transgressors.
Isaiah 46:9 KJV Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,
Isaiah 46:10 KJV Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
Isaiah 46:11 KJV Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth my counsel from a far country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.
If the salvation of Christ is not in Zion and Israel, it’s not the Zion and Israel of God.
Isaiah 46:13 KJV I bring near my righteousness; it shall not be far off, and my salvation shall not tarry: and I will place salvation in Zion for Israel my glory.
Father, may we never sell out for money. In Jesus' Name, Amen
